Description:
LEARNING OUTCOMES
(i) Apply acquired knowledge in explaining the interactions of microfauna with abiotic and biotic factors in aquatic, marine and terrestrial ecosystems;
(ii) Determine the importance of ecological and functional characteristics of microfauna;
(iii) Creatively design experiments using microfauna as model organisms;
(iv) Data analysis with adequate computer programs;
(v) Carry out research, analysis and presentation of results through independent and team work.

3. Physiology, evolution and phylogeny of microfauna
4. Interaction of microfauna with abiotic and biotic factors and anthropogenic influence
