All teaching activities will be held in Croatian. However, foreign students in mixed groups will have the opportunity to attend additional office hours with the lecturer and teaching assistants in English to help master the course materials. Additionally, the lecturer will refer foreign students to the corresponding literature in English, as well as give them the possibility of taking the associated exams in English.

Description:
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Recognizing conservation biology as interdisciplinary science
2. Explaining the application of different scientific disciplines in conservation biology
3. Connecting the causes of biodiversity loss with their consequences
4. Developing critical approach in deliberation and planning the scientific studies in the field of conservation biology
5. Applying theoretical knowledge about the available scientific methods in solving actual problems

5. Condition indices (estimation of body condition indices)
