The first national presentation of the international EU project "DriDanube - Drowning Risks in the Danube Region" and workshop was held on Friday, 2 June 2017 at the House of Europe, Augusta Cesarca 4, Zagreb, organized by the Meteorological and Hydrological Service of the Republic of Croatia, the main project partner from Croatia.

This was an opportunity to present the possibility of linking two projects "DriDanube - Drought Risks in the Danube Region" and the recently launched VITCLIC project, a project that deals with the impact of climate change and drought on viticulture. More about the project and project activities was presented by Maja Telišman Prtenjak, VITCLIC Project leader, from the Department of Geophysics, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb.
