To introduce students to the main characteristics of the sea and the processes that take place in it. Also, to introduce students to the main types of littoral communities and their ecology, and to warn them about their threat from human activities and the need for their protection. After completing the course and successfully passing the exam, students will be able to use the acquired knowledge in practice in order to understand and research the ecological processes that take place in the sea. |
