The aim of the course is to introduce students to the processes and activities of planning, organizing, motivating the participants and implementation of projects. After completing the course students should be able to identify appropriate EU funds and understand how they are functioning, how to prepare a project and how to find possibilities for co-financing, how to organize partnerships on a project, how to contract a project, and how to successfully carry out a project co-financed by EU funds.
Furthermore, the specific aims would be to get acquainted with the procedures and mechanisms for the advancement of teaching within the EU projects as well as within other available funds which include the improvement of educational activities, as well as the strengthening of human and other resources in education.
