TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Call is open to applicants of either gender on equal terms.

In addition to the general terms and conditions of employment, under all points of the Call the applicants must satisfy the requirements set out in the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette No 119/22).

Applicants under all points of the Call must enclose the following:

• a CV;
• the relevant diploma or certificate attesting to the required level of academic qualifications;
• a proof of nationality (a photocopy of the certificate of nationality or identity card).

The applicants for point 1 of the Call must satisfy the following conditions:

• a doctorate degree in natural sciences, the field of chemistry.

Additional conditions:

• experience related to diffraction methods of structural analysis, other methods of examining substances in solid state and studying the mechanical properties of materials, demonstrated by enclosing and/or listing in the CV all the reprints of published scientific papers and/or evidence of conference proceedings.

Applicants applying under point 2 must satisfy the following conditions:

• a doctorate degree in natural sciences, the field of physics.

Additional conditions:

• experience related to theoretical nuclear physics, demonstrated by enclosing a list of papers published in peer-reviewed international journals. 

Under point 3 applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

• a doctorate degree in natural sciences, the field of physics, the branch of nuclear physics (theoretical);

Additional conditions:

• experience in scientific work related to modelling of nuclear fission process (developing theoretical models and numerical simulations), demonstrated by enclosing the relevant publications in international peer-reviewed science journals.

Applicants applying under point 4 of the Call must satisfy the following conditions:

• a doctorate degree in natural science, the field of chemistry or in technical science, the field of chemical engineering.

Additional conditions:

• experience related to synthesis and/or characterization of compounds in solid state, demonstrated by enclosing the relevant publications in science journals and/or theses or dissertations and /or conference proceedings.

Information for foreign nationals

Foreign nationals applying under points 1, and 4 of the Call, in addition to all other required documents must provide a proof of Croatian language proficiency.

Applicants applying for positions listed under items 1) and 4) of the vacancy announcement must submit evidence demonstrating fulfillment of the additional requirements in accordance with the  Pravilniku o dodatnim uvjetima za izbor u zvanja i na odgovarajuća radna mjesta Kemijskog odsjeka Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta.
