COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The objective of the course Basic biology teaching skills is (i) to apply the basic principles of the organization of teaching biology while guiding students to conceptual understanding in learning processes; (ii) develop the skill of conceptualization, planning and implementing students' research work based on observing and documenting the phenomena and processes in nature, environment, everyday life and close human environment, with an aim of adopting a model applicable for working with students; (iii) develop a number of key skills necessary for the work of prospect teachers; (iv) enable the experience of sovereign presentation of biological science together with the development of organizational and interpersonal skills.
