Zrinka Pišonić graduated in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, defending her Master’s thesis entitled "Modeling Potential Energy Surfaces for Benzene and Its Heterocyclic Analogs Using Deep Learning" under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tomica Hrenar.
From 2024 to 2026, she was employed at the Division of Biochemistry, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, on the project "Enzyme Engineering for Sustainable Recycling of Bioplastics" led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Maršavelski.
Since 2026, she has been working as an Assistant at the Division of Physical Chemistry, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. As part of her academic position, she actively participates in teaching Molecular Spectroscopy.
