General characteristics of Asia - geographical diversity.Overview of important geographical processes in Asia with special emphasis on geopolitical problem areas such as Afghanistan, South Asia, China and Japan, as states of demographic and economic challenges. Review of the Arab Spring on the example of Tunisia. The position of Turkey in the international order. Pakistan as a country with numerous social problems.
