COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
Students will be able to recognize and apply the basics of effective communication, select optimal communication models, and appropriately apply conversational skills, active listening, constructive discussion, and oral presentation techniques (with application in teaching), all of which are necessary for successful communication with individuals, in groups, and with an audience.
