Scientific conference 7th Days of Educational Sciences (DOZ 2026)

Scientific conference 7^th Days of Educational Sciences (DOZ 2026), organised by the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb - Centre for Educational Research and Development, will be held from October 28^th to 30^th, 2026, in Zagreb.

 
The Days of Educational Sciences is a biennial scientific gathering that encourages the exchange of knowledge and research results, as well as networking among researchers exploring educational phenomena and processes within various scientific disciplines.

 
The theme of this year's conference is Education and Creativity: Challenges and Opportunities. The conference is open to various topics, and particularly encourages papers on:

• The development of creativity in children and youth within the educational system
• Connections between creativity, well-being, and motivation of children and youth
• Creativity of children and youth in a social context
• Creativity, social justice, and inclusion
• Creative practices in classrooms
• The use of creative/artistic methods in educational research
• The impact of modern technologies on creativity in the educational context
• Learning and teaching in arts education 

Everyone is invited to present the findings of their research and thus contribute to the success of the conference. The conference will be held in person. Deadline for abstract submission is June 1^st 2026.
 

Like two years ago, a special session for undergraduate and graduate student papers will be organized at the conference. Student papers created independently or in collaboration with other students (including Ph.D. students) are eligible for submission. Deadline for abstract submission is June 1^st 2026.
