All students are required to complete registration (enrolment) on an annual basis.

Where and when?

Enrolment in the academic year 2025/2026 will start on 3 November 2025 and it will end on 28 November 2025.

To enrol you can visit or contact your Office of doctoral studies.

What do you need to do?

• fill in the enrolment form signed by module coordinator
• fill in the Croatian Bureau of Statistics' form
• Annual Progress Report of the Doctoral Candidate for academic year 2024/2025 - Dr.04
• Annual Mentors' Report for academic year 2024/2025 - Dr.05
• Student Transcript Book (Indeks)

You should send all of the above by post or bring in person to the Office of doctoral studies.
