Annual internal conferences for all PhD students aim to progressively develop and enhance presentation and communication skills, critical thinking and argumented discussion skills.
At the first year of study, PhD students present the results of their work during the first year, i.e. state of the art in their chosen, broader research framework. Due to the nature of the matter the presentation is oral. (In the course of the second year of the study these results are to be published (or accepted for publicaton) as a scientific review article in the A1 scientific journal).
In the second year of study PhD students present the first results of their scientific research. Presentation may be oral or poster presentation. During the doctoral study it is mandatory to have at least one oral and one poster presentation (By the end of the study it is required to publish the results of research in the Web of Science journal).
In the course of the third year PhD students are required to participate with a presentation at an international scientific conference (oral or poster, bearing in mind to complete both during the Doctoral Study).
